Hi Friends, Alexa here (the designer behind everything Aurorei!) Hope everyone is staying safe. I wanted to send a quick update about order timelines.

Due to “New York on pause” I have temporarily shut down our studio space to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. Each order is made by hand in studio so unfortunately this shut down will delay orders. If you have not yet received an order shipment confirmation the following info will affect you:

Right now, it looks like there will be a 3-4 week delay on orders placed after 2/27. I’m working on setting up a temporary space to continue making progress on orders from home. As I will be personally working on each order, I’ll be sure to update you as I learn how this new set up affects order lead times. The COVID-19 situation is ever evolving, so there is a lot of uncertainty around how long this delay will be in affect.

Aurorei is a very small business and your support during this time is essential to keep us going. As always I truly appreciate your orders and are so thankful for everyone sending over their kind words of encouragement.

For the month of April we will be donating 15% of all orders to City Harvest, a New York City based nonprofit. City Harvest is committed to helping feed NYC and is working hard to ensure that, in the midst of crippling financial hardship and school closures, children and their families can still put meals on their tables.

COVID-19 Update
