All prices are shown in $(US Dollars). Prices do not include service, payment, or delivery charges. Orders may be subject to local taxes at your own expense. Aurorei reserves the right to change prices of products at our own discretion. 

Payment

We accept the US-based Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards. 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Shipping

If you wish to exchange or return an item, it must be done so within the first 15 days after your purchase has arrived.

We offer free shipping and returns within the continental US. If you are interested in international shipping please email us at info@aurorei.com for more information.

All of our products are made by hand so it may take up to 7 days before they ship out from our facility. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Guarantee

Aurorei products are guaranteed for 1 year after the purchase date. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair the bag at our own discretion. Aurorei does not cover damages that result from abuse, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag. The aurorei bags are sewn by hand and therefore may have some small imperfections that are natural.
