We accept returns requests within 15 days after order delivery.
If for any reason you wish to return an item please complete the following:
Complete Online Return Form (listed below)
An email will be sent to you within 2 business days with your free shipping label
Place all unworn, unwashed and undamaged Items in their original packaging with all original enclosed documentation.
Print out and place your free return shipping Label on the outside of the box (sent through email step 2).
Place items in the mail!
Receive store credit within 3-5 business days after order in received back by Aurorei.
Exchanges are processed as a new order. If you wish to make an exchange please return your original item using the Online Return Form and then continue to our online store and select the new item you would like to purchase. Aurorei reserves the right to refuse any refund that does not comply with the above stated Form.
